If you would like to create a custom search for REO properties only, please follow the directions below.

Click on Search the Entire MLS

Choose your area of Interest, Price Range, Bed/Bath Count, etc.

Be sure to check the box next to REO/Bank/HUD/Corp Owned under special conditions

To add more options to your search, click the + sign next to Advanced Options

If you would like to save your search and/or be notified of new properties as they come to market, click "Save Search" and select the frequency you want to receive the alerts.

You can modify or deactivate the search at any time.
